Shipping & Returns
Once an order and payment confirmation has been received, it takes between 2 and 7 BUSINESS days to process the order to be prepared for shipping. During holidays or special sales, it may take between 10-14 BUSINESS days to process your order. Please email prior to ordering if a specific delivery date is needed. All tracking numbers are emailed once your order has been pulled for fulfillment. B.A.A.B.S. ships through USPS Priority and it may take 2-3 business days for your order tracking information to show in the USPS tracking system.
Please do not contact email@example.com until after 10 BUSINESS days from issuing of tracking numbers.
If the customer has entered an incorrect address and the package was delivered to the incorrect address, the customer will be required to repay their order by invoice in order for their order to be re-shipped.
**Due to the nature of our products, B.A.A.B.S. ships all packages through USPS Priority Mail, shipping as such allows quicker delivery times as well as decrease the opportunity for damage or product melting/sweating; especially during the summer months. **

Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the nature and hygienic integrity of our products, B.A.A.B.S. does not accept returns or exchanges on cosmetic products (i.e. lipstick, lip-gloss, etc.) . Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as lipstick, liners, lip-gloss, foundations and concealers, skin care products and soaps, pressed powder and loose powder compacts, etc. cannot be returned. However, any merchandise that arrives damaged or is incorrectly delivered to a customer will be immediately replaced at no additional cost. To report a claim, customers must notify B.A.A.B.S. within 2 days after receiving an order. Failing to file a claim with B.A.A.B.S. at firstname.lastname@example.org , providing a photo of the damaged item, and/or use of product regardless of the damage will be taken as acceptance of the product in the condition it arrives, which will result in refusal of your claim.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (determined by processing company).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com .
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason you would like to request an exchange for the same item. Please attach any photos that will help explain/show damage/defectiveness with the item. Once approved, send your item to: 3110-F Evans Street Greenville North Carolina US 27858.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All items shipped via COD will be returned to sender.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our Pre-Order process allows customers to order select items that are not currently in stock. This allows all BAABS Beauties first access to restocks and new releases. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. *Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur.*
